Return & Cancellation Policy
MyNFTool cards are personalized for each customer. We handle defects and order errors fairly while protecting the production work already started.
Custom products
Custom-made and personalized products are final sale once production has started. This includes cards made with your submitted name, design, logo, profile details, or other customization. A change of mind, incorrect customer-provided information, or a design approved by the customer does not by itself qualify for a return or refund.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or differs materially from the confirmed order, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at support@mynftool.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will review the claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, correction, or refund.
Before production
To request a cancellation or change, email us as soon as possible. We can cancel or update an order only before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible because materials and customization work have been committed.
Return authorization
Do not send an item back before contacting us. If a return is approved, we will provide instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are not refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.
