Shipping Policy

Every MyNFTool NFC card is made to order. This policy explains where we ship and what to expect after checkout.

Shipping destinations

Online checkout currently accepts shipping addresses in the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic. We may add or change destinations at checkout.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping for the custom NFC business card is included in the advertised product price unless checkout clearly states otherwise.

Processing and delivery

Because cards are personalized, production starts after your order and design details are confirmed. Our current delivery estimate is 7–14 business days from order confirmation. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date; production, carrier delays, weather, customs, and address issues may affect timing.

Tracking and address accuracy

When tracking is available, we will provide it using the email submitted with your order. Please review your shipping address before paying. Contact us promptly if it needs to change; we cannot guarantee changes after production or shipment has begun.

International orders

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges, if any, are the customer’s responsibility and are not included unless shown at checkout.

Delivery issues

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or has not arrived within a reasonable time after the delivery estimate, contact support@mynftool.com with your order details. See our Return Policy for damaged or incorrect items.
